<br /> `the Northerly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad: Thence Northerly along
<br /> said West line of the SE�a a distance of 437.96 feet; thence deflecting right 83° 25'
<br /> and running Easterly a distance of 250.06 feet; thence deflecting right 65° I:I' and
<br /> running Southeasterly perpendicular to said Northerly right of way line of the U.P.R.R.

<br /> This Corrective Survivorship Warranty Deed is given to ratify and conf irm a prior Deed
<br /> from Grantors to Grantees as recorded at Book 1'71, Page 373, of Deed Records 'on file in
<br /> ;the Office of the Register of Deeds, in Ha11 �County, Nebraska.
<br /> To have and to hold the above descri�ed premises together with all tenements, hereditaments .
<br /> and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns ,

<br /> �nd grantor does hereby covenant with the grantees and with their assigns and with the heirs
