<br /> THIS DEED entered into this 21st day of March, 1975, between Anna �
<br /> Schroeder and Lucy Walker, Co-Executrices under the Last Will and Testament
<br /> (� of Alma Soehl, .deceased, GrantorS, and Maynard A. Boltz and Lila J. Bol.tz,

<br /> �� WITNESSETH that the Grantors, being the duly app
<br /> \ . acting Co-Executrices of Alma Soehl, deceased, under her Last Will and
<br /> V Testament; admitted to probate in the County Court of Ha11 County, Nebraska
<br /> in Estate No. 9083, and by virtue of the power and authority granted them
<br /> under said Will, and in consideration of the sum of Twelve Thousand Five
<br /> Hundred Dollars ($12, 500.00} to them paid by the Grantees, receipt whereof
<br /> is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents grant, bargain, sell, remise,
<br /> release, convey and confirm unto the Grantees, as joint tenants, and to their•
<br /> assigns, and to the heirs, devisees, and assigns of the survivor as between
<br /> the Grantees, the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br /> Al1 that : part of Lot One (1) , in Block Fourteen (14) , of Baker' s
<br /> Addit�on to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and. its
<br /> complement, to-wit: Fractional Lot One (1) , in Fractional Block Three
<br /> (3) , of V�lasmer' s Annex to Wasmer' s First Addition to the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Ha�l County, Nebraska, described as follows: Commencing
<br /> at a point 90.5 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Lot and
<br /> running thence South 41. 5 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot,
<br /> thence West along the south line to the Southwest corner of said Lot,
<br /> thence North along the west line to a point 41.5 f eet North of the
<br /> Southwest corner of said Lot, thence East parallel to the South line
<br /> of said lot to the place of commencement
<br /> Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br /> thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and also all of �he estate,
<br /> right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand w'zatsoever,
<br /> which the said Testatrix had in her lif etime, and at the time of her decease,
<br /> and which the said Grantors hav? by virtue of the said Last Will and Testament,
<br /> or otherwise, . of in or to the above granted premises, and every part and parcel
<br /> thereof with the appurtenances;
<br /> � TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises with the hereditaments and appurten-
<br /> " ances thereof unto the said Grantees and to their assigns, and to the heirs,
<br /> devisees, and assigns of the survivor as between them forever.
<br /> Grantors for themselves, their successors, heirs, exe�utors and admin-
<br /> istrators covenant with the Grantees that they are lawfully the Co-executrices
<br /> under the Last Will and Testament of Alma Soehl, dece�.se<�; that they are law-
<br /> fully seized of said premises; that said premises are free from encumbrances
<br /> and that they have power to convey the same; that they have in all respects
<br /> acted, in making this conveyance, pursuant to the authority granted them under
<br /> the Last Will and Testament of Alma Soehl, deceased; that they have not done,
<br /> made, or suffered any act, matter or thing wnatsoever, since they were Co-
<br /> executrices of said estate, whereby said premises or any part thereof, are,
<br /> shall, or may be impressed, charged, or encumbered in any manner whatsoever;
<br /> that they will promptly complete the said estate proceedings and will effect
<br /> a release of any existing or potential liens against these premises' arising
<br /> therefrom.

<br /> described in and who executed the foregoing Executrices ' Deed, and they
<br /> acknowledged their execution thereof to be their voluntary act and deed
<br /> as such Co-executrices for the purposes therein set forth.
