<br /> � 1. The �ity of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its city council on July 29,
<br /> � 197�+, .enacted Ordinance No. 5701 which directed the conveyance of the real estate des-
<br /> cribed below and the manner and terms thereof.
<br /> 2. Ordinance No. 5701 was published in the Grand Island Dai1y Independent, a
<br /> legal newspaper published in and of general circulation in such City on August 3,-197�+,
<br /> and, immediately•thereafter, notice of such sale and the terms thereof were published
<br /> in the Grand Island Dai1y Independent for three consecutive weeks, on August 5, 197�+, ,
<br /> August 12, 1974, and August 19, 197�+, a11 as required by Section 1.6-202, R.R.S. 19�+3.
<br /> 3. No remor�strance against such sale was filed with the city council of the City
<br /> of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and publication of such
<br /> Ordinance No. 5701.
<br /> �+. Seetion 5 of Ordinance No. 5701 provides tliat if no remonstrance be filed
<br /> against such conveyance, the mayor and city clerk-finance director shall make, execute,
<br /> and deliver to the Grantees a quitclaim deed for said real estate, and the execution of
<br /> such quitclaim deed is hereby authorized without further action on behalf of the city .

<br /> NOW, �REFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation in
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of Ten Dollars (�10.00), does hereby
<br /> quitclaim, grant, bargain, se11, convey, and confirm unto
<br /> LLOYD A. WELCH and MARGARET L. WELCH,
<br /> husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of surviviorship and not as tenants in
<br /> common, herein called the Grantees, the following described real property in Ha11 County,
<br /> Nebraska:
