<br /> WITNESSETH, that the said Parties of the First Part, the duTy appointed, qualified
<br /> and actin�g Executors of the Estate of John Baasch, deceased, under his Last Will and Testa-
<br /> ment which is of record in the Office of the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in and
<br /> for the Eleventh Judicial District, by virtue of the power and authority granted and con-
<br /> ferred upon them under the said Will , and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred.Three
<br /> Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($103,500.00) to them paid by the Parties of the Second Part,
<br /> � the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, does by these presents grant, .
<br /> bargain, sell , remise, release, alien, convey and confirm unto the said Parties of the
<br /> Second Part, and to their heirs and assigns forever, all of the following described real
