<br /> COMPANY, a corporation, with principal offices in Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, Executor under the Last Will and Testament of Belle
<br /> A. Vinzant, Deceased, herein called "FIRST PARTY"., and
<br /> Richard L. Kuehner
<br /> of Phillips , in Hamilt�n County, Nebraska, herein
<br /> called "SECOND PARTY. "
<br /> First Party is the duly appointed, qualified and aoting
<br /> • Trustee of the Oran F. Vinzant Testamentary Trust, which was �
<br /> established following the closing of said� estate in accordance
<br /> with. provisions of the Last Will and Testament of Oran F.
<br /> Vinzant, Deceased, which is of record in the Office of. th e '
<br /> County Court of Ha11 County, Nebraska, is empowered by said '
<br /> instrument to sell the one-half interest in the following
<br /> described property, and has sold said undivided one-half inter-
<br /> est in said property for one-half of the following stated con-
<br /> sideration.
<br /> First Party is the duly appointed, qualified and acting
<br /> Executor of the Estate of Belle A. Vinzant, Deceased, is empowered
<br /> by the Last Will and Testament of said deceased to sell the one-
<br /> half interest in the following described property, and has sold
<br /> said undivide:d one-half interest in said property for one-half
<br /> of the following stated considexation, said Last Will and
<br /> Testament of Belle A. Vinzant is of record in the office of the
<br /> County Court of Hall County, Nebraska. .
<br /> THEREFORE, the undersigned First Party as said Trustee
<br /> under the testamentary trust of Oran F. Vinzant, Deceased, and
<br /> as Executor under the .Last Will and Testament of Belle A. Vinzant
<br /> Deceased, and by virtue of the power and authority granted and
<br /> conferred upon it by said instruments, and in consideration of
<br /> the sum of Sixty Five Thousand 'I`wo Hundred & 00/100 - DOLLARS
<br /> ($65,200.00 ) paid by Second Party, the `receipt of which is -
<br /> hereby confessed and acknowledged, does by these presents grant,
<br /> bargain, sell, remiser release, alien, convey and confirm unto
<br /> the Second Party, and to its or their heirs, successors and
<br /> assigns forever, all of the following described lands:
<br /> North Half . N� of the Southwest Quarter (SW4)
<br /> Section 3 , T:ownship 10, Nort , Range 9 West of
<br /> the 6th P.M, , �Ha11 County, Nebraska
<br /> together with all appurtenances and betterments, subj.ect only
<br /> to easements of record; and also all the estate, right, title,
<br /> interest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever which
<br /> � said testator and testatrix had in his and her lifetime, and a t
<br /> the time of the decease of each, and which First Par�.y has by
<br /> - virtue of. said described last wills and testaments , or otherwise,
<br /> of,. Y.n •or to :the described property.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same land abovE described, with
<br /> improv.ements �nd bettermen�s thereof, to Second P:arty, his ,
