<br /> said Ruth Ann Chrtstenson gave notice of the time and piace of sate as required by
<br /> law arzd at the time and place therein specified, afte.r said sate had been. held :open
<br /> for more ti2an one hour, satd Ruth Ann Christenson sold said real estate at pubiic
<br /> auction to JOHN ll. CLAYTON and ELOISE R. GLAYTQN, hus��and and wife, as ten-
<br /> ants in common, they being ihe hiyhest bi�der therefor; tiiat said sai� was thereupon

<br /> Uriited States of America, the Executor vf the Estate of RUDOLPH N. KliESTER, De-
<br /> ceased, exer'•cising the power to dispose of �1t property, reaI, personal, and/or
<br /> �nixed, did also seli at public auction in the rnanner� �rovided by law, the real es-
<br /> tate hereinafter� described; that notice of the time and place of scxle was given and
<br /> the interest of the Executor and the Guardiar� in the property �was merged tn the
<br /> sale hetd in the Hali Gounty Court House Basement on the 17th day of January, 1975,
<br /> and the sale being held open for more than one hour, said real estate was soid to the.
<br /> �ignest bidder therefor; that an Appiication and an Order 1.vas issued in the matter
<br /> of the Estate of Rudolph N. Kuester; Deceased, Estate No. 9063, in the County Court
<br /> of Hali County, Nebraska, in and for the Eteventh Judiciai District, ratifying the Ex-
<br /> ecutor's sale of the said real estate as provided for in the Last Will and Testament of
<br /> the Deceased and the Executor was authorized to issue an Executor's Deed to the suc-
<br /> cessfui purchaser at the public auction for the said real estate.
