<br /> 1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City Council on
<br /> June 25, 1973, enacted Ordinance No. 5�+23 which directed the conveyance of the
<br /> real estate described below and the manner and terms thereof.
<br /> 2. Ordinance No. 5423 was published in the Grand Island Dai1y Independent,
<br /> a legal newspaper published in and of general circulation in such city on June
<br /> 28, 1973, and immediately thereaf'ter, notice of such sale and the terms thereof
<br /> were publisYied in the Grand Island Dai1y Independent for three consecutive weeks,
<br /> on June 29, 1973, Ju1y 6, 1973, and July 13, 1973, a11 as required by Section
<br /> 16-202, R.R.S. 1943. .
<br /> 3. No remonstrance against such sale tisas file.d with the City Council of
<br /> the City of Grand Island; Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and pub-
<br /> lication of such ordinance No. 5423,
<br /> 4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 5�+23 provides that if no remonstrance be
<br /> filed against such conveyance; the mayor and city clerk sha11 make, execute, and
<br /> deliver to Manuel Rod.riquez a quitclaim deed for said real estate, and the execution
<br /> of such quitclaim deed is hereby authorized without further action on behalf of
<br /> the City Co,ancil.
<br /> NOTr1,• Tf�EREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation
<br /> in Ha11 County, Nebraska; as Grantor, in consideration of 'I`hree Hundred Seventy-
<br /> five Dollars ($375.00), received from Grantee, does hereby quitclaim, grarit,
<br /> bargain; se11, and convey unto

<br /> herein called the Grantee, the following described real property in Hall County,
