<br /> l. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City Cou.ncil �
<br /> on June 25, 1973, enacted Ordinance No. 5�+22 which directed the conveyance
<br /> of the real estate described below and the manner and terms thereof.
<br /> 2. Ordinance No. 5�+22 was published in the Grand Island Dai1y Independent,
<br /> a legal newspaper published in and of general circulation in such city on June
<br /> 28, 1973, and immediately thereafter, notice of sucla sale and the terms
<br /> thereof were published in the Grand Island Dai1y Independent for three conse-
<br /> cutive weeks, on June 29; 1973; Ju1y 6, 1973, and Ju1y 13, 1973, a11 as; required
<br /> by Section 16-202, R.R.S. 19�+3•
<br /> 3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City Council of
<br /> the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and
<br /> publication of such Ordinance No. 5�+22.
<br /> �+. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 5�-22 provides that if no remonstrance be
<br /> filed against such conveyance, the mayor and city clerk sha11 make, execute,
<br /> and deliver to Manuel Rodriquez a quitclaim deed for said real estate, and the
<br /> execution of such quitclaim deed is hereby authorized without further action
<br /> on behalf of the City Council.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of Three Hundred Seventy-
<br /> five Dollars ($375.00), received from Grantee, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bar-
<br /> gain, se11, and convey unto
<br /> MANUEL RODRIQUEZ,
<br /> herein called the Grantee, the following described real property in Ha1T County,
<br /> Nebraska:
<br /> Lot 5, Block 1, John W. Lambert's Addition to the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises, together with a11
<br /> tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee �
<br /> and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
