<br /> 1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City Council an
<br /> ' June 25, 1973, enacted Ordinance No. 5�+21 which directed the conveyance of the
<br /> real estate described below and .�he manner and terms thereof.
<br /> 2. Ordinance No. 5�+21 was published in the Grand Island Daily. Independent,
<br /> a legal newspaper published in and of general circulation in such City on June
<br /> 28, 1973, and immediately thereafter, notice of such`sale and the terms thereof
<br /> were publisYied in the Grand Island Dai1y Independent for three consecutive weeks,
<br /> on June 29, 1973; Ju1y 6, 1973; and Ju1y 13, 1973, a11 as required by Section •
<br /> 16-202, R.R.s. 19�+3.
<br /> 3. No remonstrance against .such sale was filed with the City Council of
<br /> the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and pub-
<br /> lication of such Ordinance No. 5421.
<br /> 4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 5�+21 provides that if no remonstrance be.
<br /> filed against such conveyance, the mayor and city clerk sha11 make, execute, and
<br /> deliver to Manuel Rodriquez a quitclaim deed for said real estate, and the
<br /> execution of such quitclaim deed is hereby authorized without further action. on
<br /> behalf of the City Council.
<br /> NOW, TFIEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation
<br /> in Ha11 County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of Three Hundred Seventy-
<br /> five Dollars ($375.00), received, from Grantee, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain,
<br /> se11, and eonvey unto
<br /> MANUEL RODRIQUEZ,
<br /> herein called the Grantee, the fallowing described reaT property in Hal1 County,
<br /> Nebraska:
<br /> • Lot 2, Block 11, John ��?. Lambert's Addition to the City of
<br /> C;rand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described prem.ises, together with a11 tenements,
<br /> hereditamen�s, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to
<br /> Grantee' s heirs and assigns forever.
