<br /> TRUSTEE of a Short Term (Ten �Year) Irrevocable Trust for Harriet V.
<br /> Batie, of which Trust, EDWARD L. BATIE and WILLIAM A. BATIE were GRAN-
<br /> TORS, and the undersigned, WILLIAM PACKER, was GRANTEE, and said
<br /> WILLIAM PACKER being the duly qualified and acting TRUSTEE of said
<br /> TRUST on this date, and said Short Term (Ten Year) Irrevocable Trust
<br /> having terminated by its express terms and provided in Article III,
<br /> Section (b) , which provides that said Trust shall terminate follawing
<br /> the tenth anniversary of the execution of the Trust Agre�nent, which
<br /> execution was as of the lst day of January, 1965, does hereby grant,
