<br /> THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br /> herein called the Grantors, in consideration of the sum of $�,,o Thousand '
<br /> Nine Hundred Twenty Five and no/100 , received from the Grantee, tlo grant,
<br /> bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto Personalized Homess Incorporated,
<br /> herein called the Grantee, the follo�aing described real property in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska:
<br /> Lots One (1) , 'Itao (2) and Three (3) , Block Nine (9)- Lamberts Addition to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, Nebraska
<br /> All of Lots Five (5) , Six (6) and Eight (8) ; and all of Lot Seven (7)
<br /> '; except the northerly forty-one (41) feet thereof; all in B1ock Nine (9)
<br /> Lambert's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together with all
<br /> • tenements, hereditaments�, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the
<br /> Crantee.
<br /> AND the Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantee that Grantors
<br /> are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance
<br /> except such as appear of �record, that Grantors have good right and lawful
<br /> authority to convey the same; and that Granto�s warrant and will defend the
<br /> , ti,'tle to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons �anomsoever.
<br /> IT IS SPECIFICALLY agreed that this Deed is also subject to all the
<br /> terms, provisions, covenants, conditions and restrictions contained in a
<br /> certain Agreement, entitled "Contract for Sale of Land Having a Re-Use
<br /> Value Under $30,000 to Individuals, Corporate and other Purchasers" executed '
<br /> by the Grantors and Grantee herein, dated August 6 _, 19 75 ,
<br /> which is on file in the Offices of the Conununity Development Agency, Grand
<br /> Island, Nebrask�, and which is recorded in the Office of the Register
<br /> o� Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Book No. 29
<br /> of Miscellaneous at Page No. 225 _ , said Agreement
<br /> being incorporated herein by this reference.
<br /> IT IS SPECIFICALLY agreed that all the terms, provisions, covenants;
<br /> conditions and restrictions contained in the above identified Agreement
<br /> shall be and are hereby declared to be covenants running with the land,
<br /> enforceable as therein set out, and which, in addition thereto, are hereby
<br /> declared .to be also for the benefit of the Grantors and enforceable by the
<br /> Grantors, regardless of whether or not title to all land in the sa.id Grand
<br /> Island Neighborhood Development Program area .may have been transferr.ed to
<br /> �rivate parties. Neither the Contract for Sale of Land Having a Re-Use
<br /> Value Under $30,000 to Individuals, Corpora�e and other Purchasers, nor any .
<br /> portion thereof shall be deemed merged in this Deed.
