<br /> Know all men by these presents, that, in pursuance of an Order
<br /> of the Honorable Richard P. Myers, Judge of the County Court of Keith
<br /> County, Nebraska, made on the 29th day of�July, 1975, I was licensed
<br /> by said Judge to sell at public auction in the manner provided by law
<br /> the real estate hereinafter described; that thereupon I gave, notice
<br /> of the time and place of said sale as re:quired by law and at the time
<br /> and place therein specified, after said sale had been held open one
<br /> hour, I sold said real estate at public auction to Rudolf F. Plate,
<br /> he being the highest bidder therefor, that said sale was thereupon
<br /> reported to said Judge of�he County Court and by him in all things
<br /> confirmed, and I was ordered to make a deed of said premises to said;
<br /> � purchaser.
<br /> Now, therefore, I , Gregory J.� Beal, 1�dmin�.strator CTA of the Estate
<br /> of Ear1 G. Gregory, deceased, in consideration of the premises and the
<br /> sum of Four thousand ($4,000.00) dollars so bid and paid by Rudolf F,
<br /> Plate and by virtue of the powers entrusted in me by said order and
<br /> proceeding do by these presents grant, sell and convey unto the said
<br /> Rudolf F. Plate, and to :his heirs and assigns, the real estate described
<br /> as follows, towit:
<br /> Lot Seven (7) , Block Eleven (11) , Schimmer' s Addition to the
<br /> Gity of Grand Islan�l, Nebraska; �
<br /> � with all appurtenances thereunto k�elonging, to have and to hold the�
