<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> That the Urban Renewal Authority of the City of Grand Island, of the Coun;ty of
<br /> Hall,. and State of Nebraska, by its Chairman thereunto duly authorized, as her�in-
<br /> after set forth, in consideration of the sum of Forty Three Thousand Five Hundred
<br /> and no/100 dollars , in hand paid by the City of Grand Island �of the
<br /> County of Hall and State of Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, s�e11` and
<br /> convey unto the said City of Grand Island all its rights, title an,d interest in and
<br /> to the following described premises situated in the County of Hall , and 'State
<br /> of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> �ot �ao (2) : East Half of Lot Three (3) North One half (NZ) of Lot Three (3) �nd
<br /> `North One half (NZ) of Lot Four (4) all in Block Fifty Five (55) in Original'' '
<br /> Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises and to the grantee and to'grant-
<br /> ee's heirs and assigns forever. It is specifically agreed that this deed is s�ubject
<br /> to all of the terms, provisions, covenants and restrictions contained in the Official
<br /> Urban Renewal Plan, adopted by Grantor, for Urban Renewal Project known as Neighbor- �
<br /> hood Development Program, Project No. NDP-NE-A-2 which is recorded in the Offi'ce of
<br /> the Register• of Deeds in the Count� Court House of Hall County, Nebraska, in b�ook num-
<br /> ber 26, of miscellaneous page 606, filed May 24, 1974; said Urban Renewal Plan being
<br /> incorporated herein by reference;
<br /> It is specifically agreed that this Deed is also subject to al1 the terms!,; pro-
<br /> visions, covenants, conditior�s and restrictions contained in a certain Agreement en-
<br /> titled "Contract for Sa1e of La.nd for Redevelopment by a Public Body" executed by the
<br /> Grantor and Grantee herein dated June 16 , 1975 , which is recorded in the Con-
<br /> tract Records of the Register of Deeds Office, filed for record on the 22nd ; day
<br /> of July 19 75 , Book 2g , Page 148 , Hall 'County, Nebraska, said Agree-
<br /> ment being incorporated herein by reference; and '
<br /> It is specifically agreed that all the terms, provisions, covenants, conditions
<br /> and restrictions contained in both said above identified Agreement and Urban Renewal
<br /> Plan shall be and are hereby declared to be covenants running with the land, enforce-
<br /> able as therein set out, and which, in addition thereto, are hereby declared to be
<br /> also for the benefit of the Grantor, and also enforceable by it, regardless ofi whether
<br /> or not Title to all the land in the said Neighborhood Development Program Urban Renewal �
<br /> Project Area may have been transferred to private parties. Such agreements and coven- .
<br /> ants shall run in favor of the Agency and the United States for the entire period during
<br /> which such agreements and covenants shall be in force and effect, without regard to
<br /> whether the Agency or the United States has at any tirne been remains, or is an owner
<br /> of any land or interest therein to or in favor of which such agreements and covenants
<br /> relate. Neigher the Contract for Sale of Land for Redevelopment, �or any portion
<br /> thereof shall be deemed merged in this Deed.
<br /> This Deed is executed under and by virtue of the authority vested in the 'Chairman "
<br /> of the Urban Renewal Authority of the City of' Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Urban Renewal Authority of the City of Grand Is1�nd, Ne-
<br /> braska had caused these presents to be signed', by the Chairman and the seal of said
