<br /> WHEREAS; no deed was recorded transferring the title to the real
<br /> estate hereinafter described from Lee's Radio & TV, a co-partnership, .
<br /> to Lee A. Robertson and for that reason the record is not complete; '
<br /> WHEREAS; Lee A. Robertson died on October 22, 1972, leaving Daisy
<br /> L. Robertson as his sole devisee;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for the purpose of finally completing of record
<br /> the liquidation of Lee's Radio & TV, a co-partnership, and eliminating
<br /> any interest of Lee's Radio & TV, a co-partnership, and Steadman D.
<br /> Cox and Charlene M. Cox, husband and wife, in and to the real estate

<br /> For and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and
<br /> valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, LEE'S
<br /> `RADIO & TV, a co-partnership, and STEADMAN D. COX and CHARLENE M. COX,
<br /> husband and wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the
<br /> " other, herein called the Grantors , do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain,
<br /> sell , convey and confirm unto DAISY L. ROBERTSON, individually, herein
<br /> called the Grantee, the following_ described real estate located in
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
