OFFICERS.'- . <br /> Section 1. Des.ignation. , � <br /> The officers of the Association shall consist of a President, Vice <br /> President, Secretary and Treasurer; and such additional officers as the. <br /> Admiriistrators shall from time to time deem necessary. Any person may hold two <br /> or more offices; but no one person shall hold the offices of President and Secretary <br /> simultaneously. : Members of:the Board of Administrators may also be officers. <br /> The President shall be elected from the members of the Board of Administrators. <br /> Section 2. Election. ' <br /> The officers of the Association shall.be elected annually by a - <br /> : majority vote of the Board of Administrators at the annual`Board meeting, and <br /> shall hold office at the pleasure of the Board. <br /> Section 3. Removal. <br /> Upon the affirmative vote of a majority of the Board in attendance at � <br /> an annual or special meeting, any officer may be removed, with or without <br /> cause, and his successor shall be elected thereat. <br /> Section 4. President. <br /> The President shall be the chief executive officer of the Association. <br /> He sfiall preside at all meetings of the Association unit owners and of the Board <br /> of Administrators. He shali have allf�of the general powers and duties which <br /> are incident to the office of President of a non-profit corporation, including <br /> but not limited to, the power to appoint committees from among the unit owners <br /> from time to time as he may at his discretion decide is appropriate to assist • <br /> in the conduct of the affairs of the Association. <br /> Section 5. Vice President. <br /> The Vice President shall take the place of the President and .perform , <br /> his duties whenever the President shall be absent or unable to act. If neither <br /> ' the President nor the Vice President ':is able to act, the Board of Administrators <br /> shall appoint some other member .of the Board of Administrators to act in place <br /> of t�he President, on an interim basis'. The Vice President shall� also perform _ <br /> such other duties as. shail from time to time be imposed upon him by the Board , <br /> of Administrators or by the President:. ' <br /> Section 6. Secretary. <br /> The Secretary shakl take the minutes of ali meetings of the Association <br /> unit owners and of the Board of Administrators, and shall keep same at the ' <br /> principal office of the Association unless otherwise instructed by the Board of <br /> Administrators; he shall have charge 'of such books and papers as the Board of <br /> A�ministrators may direct; and he shall, in gene�al, perform all the duties <br /> incident to the office of sec•retary o'f a non-profit corporation .organized under <br /> the laws of the State of Nebraska. <br /> • Section 7.
