<br /> 2. Ordinance No. 5695 was published in the Grand Island Daily indeperident, '
<br /> a legal newspaper published in and of general circulation in such City on Ju1y
<br /> 22, 1974, and, immediately thereafter, notice of such sale and the terms therecf
<br /> were �ublished in the Grand Island Dai1y Independent for three consecutive weeks,
<br /> on July 22, 197?+, Ju1y 29, 197.4, and August 5, 1a74; a11 as required by Section -

<br /> 3. DTo remonstrance against such sale wa,s filed with the city council of
<br /> the City cf Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and publi-

<br /> filed against such conveyance, the mayor and city clerk-finance director shall
<br /> make, execute, and deliver to the '?rante�s a quitclaim deed for said real estate,
<br /> and the execution of such quitclaim deed is hereby authorized without further
<br /> action cn b�half of the city counciL .
