<br /> unto the Grantee and to Grantee's succ�ssors and assigns forever;
<br /> subject, however, to Grantor's right, which is hereby reserved,
<br /> to establish up to three driveways across said premises, each
<br /> to be up to a maximum of eighty feet wide, measured east and
<br /> west, the locatic�s of the driveways to be established by mutual
<br /> . consent of the �r�ntor and the Grantee, which consent shall not
<br /> be unreasonably withheld under the conditions then existing.
<br /> The Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee, and with
<br /> Grantee's successors and assigns that Grantor is lawtully seized
<br /> of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance except �
<br /> easements of record; that Grantor has good right and lawful authority
<br /> to convey the same; and that Grantor warrants and will defend
<br /> • the title to said premises' against the lawful claims of Grantor

<br /> that the real estate hereby conveyed is to be used solely and
<br /> exclusively for the construction and maintenance of public roads
