<br /> Lyle Bellairs, Guardian of the Estate of Ze11a Bellairs, Incompetent,
<br /> and �ursua�t to an �Jrder of the Honorable Edward Dixon, Judge of the County :
<br /> ; Court of Hall County, Nebraska, made on the 13th day of September, 1974,
<br /> was licensed to sell at Public Auction in the manner provided by law, the real
<br /> estate hereinafter described; that thereunon notice of the time and place of
<br /> sale was given as required by law and at the time and place therein specified,

<br /> auction to Eunice A. Bialy, she being the highest bidder therefor; that said
