<br /> � KNOW ALL MEN BY THES� PRESENTS: That I , Veda Liebsack, the duly
<br /> appointed, qualified and acting guardian of the estate of Edith Rose
<br /> Clark, .an incompeCent person, on this date, by virtue of a license to
<br /> sell the said real estate granted to me by the Honorable Edward Dixon,
<br /> Judge of the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and in pursuance oi �
<br /> the power and authority �ranted and conf erred upon me by said Court in
<br /> said order dated July 22, L974, and having first taken the oath, and
<br /> being under bond, as required by law, and after giving due notice by ,
<br /> legal advertisement of the time and place of sale, and after keepin� said
<br /> sale open for one hour, I did sell at public auction, on the 21st day
<br /> of September, 1974, the said real estate hereinafter describcd, to
<br /> Lucille C. Earnest, the grantee herein, she being the hi.ghest bidder
<br /> therefor, and said sale was thereupon reported to said Court and has now
<br /> been confirmed by order of the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br /> September 27, 1974, and this conveyance directed accordingly.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I , Veda Liebsflck, in my capacity as such guardian
<br /> aforesaid of the estate of Edi.th Rose Clark, an incompetent person, in
<br /> consideration of the sum of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND SFVQ�I HUNDRED AND NO/100
<br /> DOLLARS ($18,700.00) , in hand paid by the grantee, the recei.pt whereof
<br /> is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and con-
<br /> firm, unto LUCILLE C. EARNEST, the f.ollowing described real estate,
<br /> situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> The Northerly Forty-four (44) feet of Lot Nine (9) ,
<br /> and the Northerly Forty-five (45) feet of Lot Ten
<br /> (10) , al 1 in Bl.ock rourteen (]_4) , in Chr�rl,es Wasmer' s
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, sub-
<br /> ject to easements, reservations and restrictions oi
<br /> record,
<br /> together with al)_ the tenements, hereditaments_ and appur��r��rices thereto
<br /> belonging; and also all the estate, right, ti.tle, interest, property,
<br /> possession, claim and demand whatsoever, at law or in equity, which the
<br /> said Edith Rose Clark, incampet�nt, has in or to the above granted
