<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the above described property unto the City
<br /> of Grand Island, Nehraska, for so long a ti� as such fs needed for atreet
<br /> wideniag purposes upon the express condition that if, at aay time, the
<br /> street widening need shall no longer exist, notice of the fact sha11 be
<br /> given�by the Grantee to the Graator and such property and interests
<br /> therein shall immediately revert to the United States of America and to
<br /> the control of the General Services Administration as such control existed
<br /> prior to this instrument.
<br /> The propertq transferred hereby is transferred subject to all taxes,
<br /> lawfullqraccrued and unpaid, and all special taxes aad assess�nts which
<br /> Grantee further assumes and agrees to pay, and subject to all, if any, euisting
<br /> easements, licenses, persaits and grants for roads, streets. highwaqs, rights
<br /> af way, .drainage ditches, pnblic utilities, pipe lines, �ater liaes, sewers,
<br /> ditches, transmission lines reserned to or outstanding in third parties in,
<br /> on, over or across said property. Any utilities or curbing damaged, moved,
<br /> or ohherwise effected bg the street widening pro�ect will be repTaced or
<br /> repaired by the Grantee at ao eapense to the Federal Government.
<br /> Al1 the propertq hereby conveped has heretofore been decla.red surpins to
<br /> the needs of the United States of America, is presently under the ��risdiction
<br /> , of the General Services Adffiiniatration, is available for disposal, and its
<br /> disposal has been heretofore authorized bq the Administrator of General
<br /> Services acting pursuant to the above referred to laws, regulations, and orders.
<br /> To have and to hold the same together with all and siggular the
<br /> appurtenancea beloaging or in anywiae appertaining, and all the eatate, rights,
<br /> title, interest, or claim whatsoever of the grantor, either in law or in equity
<br /> and subject to the reservations, restrictions, and conditions set forth in
<br /> this instrument to the only proper use, benefit, and behalf of the grantee,
<br /> its successors and assigns forever. '
