<br /> KNOW' ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, The First National Bank of Grand Island .is,
<br /> and at all times herein mentioned, has been the duly appointed,
<br /> qualified and acting Conservator of the Estate of Emmett J. Bowen,
<br /> and,
<br /> WHEREAS, in a proceeding duly brought for that purpose, the
<br /> undersigned was duly licensed by the Honorable Edward Dixon,
<br /> District County Judge for Hall County, Nebraska, to-�-�-ASR�GO�u�vic�vTn„�; j

<br /> WHEREAS, after filing the proper oath, the time for said
<br /> sale was duly fixed, and after. giving proper notice of the time
<br /> and place of sale as required by law, the undersigned on the
<br /> 20th day of August, 1974, at the premises, commencing at 6:30
<br /> p.m. , being the time and place specified in said notice, duly
<br /> offered such real estate for sale at public vendue, and after
<br /> � keeping said sale open for one hour, duly sold said real estate
<br /> to- Mildred A. Wieck for the sum of Twenty-Three Thousand 'Itaenty-
<br /> Five and No/100 Dollar:s ($23,025.00), she being the highest bidder
<br /> th�refor, which sale was thereafter duly conf irmed by the District
<br /> County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the said Court at the time of confirmation of such
<br /> sale duly directed The First National Bank on compliance by
<br /> Mildred A. Wieck with her bid, to make, execute, and deliver
<br /> to the said I"Iildred A. Wieck a deed of conveyance of said real
<br /> estate, conveying all right, title and interest of the said
<br /> Emmett J. Bowen, in and to said real estate;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
<br /> sum,of Twenty-Three Thousand Twenty-Five and No/100 Dollars
<br /> ($23,02�5.00), in hand`paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br /> the undersigned hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys and con-
<br /> firms all right, title and interest of the said Emmett J. Bowen
<br /> . in and to the above described real estate, unto Mildred A. Wieck,
<br /> to have and to hold forever, and hereby ,covenants that it has not
<br /> made, done or suffered any act, manner ar thing whatsoever since
<br /> it was Conservator as aforesaid whereby the above granted premises,
<br /> or any part thereof, are, shall or may be ;impeached, charged, or
<br /> encumbered in any manner whatsoever. �
