Ordinance No. 5�+25 was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent, <br /> a �legal newspaper published in and of general circulation in such city on June <br /> 28, 1973, and immediately thereafter, notice of such sale and the terms thereof <br /> were published in the Grand Island Dai1y Independent for three consecutive weeks, <br /> on June 29, 1973, July 6, 1973, and Ju1y 13, 1973, all as required by Section <br /> 16-202, R.R.S. 1943. <br /> 3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City Council of <br /> the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days of' the passage and <br /> publication of such Ordinance No. 5�+25. <br /> 4.
