Ordinance No. 5692 was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a � <br /> 1ega1 newspaper published in and "of general circulation in such City on Ju1y 22, 1971+� <br /> and immediately thereafter, notice of such sale and the terms thereof were published <br /> in the �rand Is�and Dai1y Independent for three consecutive weeks, on Ju1y 22, 197�+, <br /> Ju1y 29, 1971+, and August 5, 1974, all as required by Section 16-202, R.R.S. 19�-3• , <br /> 3.
