<br /> l. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its city council on July 15,
<br /> 1971+, enacted Ordinance No. 56g2 which directed the conveyance of the real estate des-
<br /> cribed be7.ow.;and the manner and terms thereof.

<br /> 2. Ordinance No. 5692 was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a �
<br /> 1ega1 newspaper published in and "of general circulation in such City on Ju1y 22, 1971+�
<br /> and immediately thereafter, notice of such sale and the terms thereof were published
<br /> in the �rand Is�and Dai1y Independent for three consecutive weeks, on Ju1y 22, 197�+,
<br /> Ju1y 29, 1971+, and August 5, 1974, all as required by Section 16-202, R.R.S. 19�-3• ,
<br /> 3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the city council of the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and publication of such Ord-
<br /> inance No. 5692�.
<br /> 4. � Section 5 of Ordinance No. 5692 provides that if no remonstrance be filed against
<br /> such conveyance, the ,mayor and city e1Ex�-�fi�aance director sha11 make, execute, and
<br /> deliver to the GrantceS a quitclaim deed for said real estate, and the execution of such
<br /> quitclaim deed is h�reby authorized without further action on behalf of the city council.

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation in Ha11
<br /> County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of ^lhree Thousand One Hundred Dollars
<br /> ($3,100.00), does hereby qui�claim, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto

<br /> herein called the Grantee, the following described real property in Ha11 County, Nebraska:
