<br /> �-tween�B. `J.' Cunningham, Jr. , of Grand Island, Hall Co ty, Ne raska, Executor of
<br /> the Last Will and �Testament of Steve G. Poullos, deceased, late of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, Party o� the First Part,� and Herman A. Janssen and Carolyn A. Janssen,
<br /> - husband and wife,,as joint tenants, not tenants in common, with the right of sur-
<br /> vivorship, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, Parties of the Second Part:
<br /> WITNESSETH, that the said Party of the First Part, the duly appointed '
<br /> qualified and acting Executor of the Estate of Steve G. Poullos, deceased, under
<br /> his Last Will and Testament which is of record in the Office of the County Court
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, in and for the Eleventh Judicial District, by virtue of
<br /> the power and authority granted and conferred upon him under the said Will , and in
<br /> consideration of the sum of Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000.00) to him paid by
<br /> the Parties of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknow-
<br /> ledged, does by these presents grant, bargain, sell , remise, release, alien,
<br /> convey and confirm unto the said Parties of the Second Part, and to their heirs
<br /> and assigns forever, all of the following described real property in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska:
<br /> Lot Eight (8), Block Nine (9), Meves First Addition to the
<br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances there-
<br /> unto belonging or in anywise appertaining; and also all the estate, right, title,
<br /> interest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, which the said Testator
<br /> - had in his lifetime, and at the time of his decease, and which the said Party of the
<br /> First Part has, by virtue of the said Last Will and Testament, or otherwise, of, in
<br /> or to the above granted premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with the appur-
<br /> tences.
<br /> To have and to hold said described premises with the hereditaments and
<br /> appurtenances thereof, unto the Parties of the Second Part and their heirs and
<br /> assigns forever, and to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever.
<br /> And the Party of the First Part, for himself, his heirs, executors and
<br /> administrators, does covenant, promise and undertake to and with the said Parties
<br /> 'of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, or the heirs and assigns of the survivor
<br /> of them, that he is lawfully the Executor of the Last Will and Testament of said
<br /> Steve G. Poullos, deceased, and has power to convey as aforesaid, and has in all
<br /> respects acted, in making this conveyance, in pursuant of the authority granted in
<br /> and by the said Last Will and Testament; and that he has not made, done or suffered
<br /> any act, matter or thing whatsoever, since he was Executor as aforesaid, whereby the
<br /> above granted premises; or any part thereof, are, shall or may be impeached, charged
<br /> or encumbered, in any manner whatsoever.
