<br /> called the Grantors, in consideration of Eight Thousand and Na/1Q0

<br /> sell, convey and confirm unto STANLEY E. SINSEL and ELAINE H. SINSEL,
<br /> husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship,
<br /> and not as tenants in common, the following described real estate
<br /> in Hall Courity, Nebraska:
<br /> The Westeriy Thirty-Three (33) Feet of Lot Two (2} in Fractional .
<br /> Bloc�C Fourteen (14) in Bonnie Brae Addition and its complement,
<br /> Fractional Lot Two (2y in Fractional Block Three (3) in
<br /> Arnold & Abbott's Addition, both to the City of Grand Island.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br /> unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns
<br /> of the survivor of them forever.
<br /> And Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that
<br /> Grantors are lawfully seised of said premises; that they are
<br /> free from encumbrance except such as appear of record• that they
<br /> are conveyed subject to cove�ants, conditions, restrictions ,
<br /> reservations and easements of record; that Grantors have good
<br /> right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that Grantors
<br /> warrant and will defend the title to said premises against the
<br /> lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br /> It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event
<br /> of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple
<br /> title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee.
