<br /> THZS DEED entered into.this. �day of July, 1974, by and between
<br /> Delmer Harders', Executor under the Last Will and Testament of Ju].ius .
<br /> Harders, deceased', Grantor, and Loren W.. Hunsberger and Neil Hui3.sberger,
<br /> Grantees;
<br /> WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, being the duly appointed, qualified
<br /> and acting Executor of Julius Harders, deceased, under the Last Will
<br /> and Tes�ament, admitted to probate in the County Court of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska in Estate No. 9023, by virtue of the power and authority
<br /> granted him .under said Will; and in consideration of the sum of Fourteen
<br /> Thousand Six Hundred & no/100 ----($14,600.00) Dollars, to him paid by
<br /> the Grantees, receipt whereof is 'hereby acknowledged, does by these
<br /> presents grant, bargain, sell, rem�.se, release, convey and confirm unto
<br /> the Grantees, the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br /> Lots Four (4) and Five (5) , in Block Eight (8) , in
<br /> _ the Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appur- _
<br /> tenaces thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and also all of
<br /> the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
<br /> demand whatsoever, which the said Testator had in his lifetime, and at
<br /> the time of his decease, and which the said Grantor has by virtue of
<br /> the said Last Will and Testament, or otherwise, of in or to the above
<br /> granted premises, and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances;
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises with the hereditament� and
<br /> appurtenances thereof unto the said Grantees and their respective
<br /> heirs, devisees, legatees, personal representatives, and assigns forever.
<br /> Graritor for himself, his successors, heirs, executors, and admin-
<br /> istrators covenants with the Grantees that he is •lawfully the Executo.r
<br /> under the Last Will and Testament of Julius Harders, deceased; that he
<br /> is lawfully seized of said premises; that said premises are free from
<br /> encumbrances and that he has power to convey the same; that he has in
<br /> all respects acted, in ma]cing this conveyance, pursuant to the authority
<br /> granted him under the Last Will and Testament of Julius, Harders, de-
<br /> ceased; that he has not done, made, or suffered any act, matter, or thing.
<br /> whatsoever, since he was executor of said estate, whereby said premises
<br /> or any part thereof,' are, shall, or may be impressed, charged, or en-.
<br /> cumbered in any manner whatsoever; that he will promptly complete the
<br /> said estate proceedings and will effect a release of any existing or
<br /> potential liens against these premises arising therefrom.
