<br /> A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of the
<br /> Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 11, North,
<br /> Range 9, West of the 6th P.M. , more particularly described
<br /> as follows: Begirining at a point on the East line of
<br /> said Section 28 , 605 feet south of the Northeast corner
<br /> of said section; thence west along a line parallel to ,
<br /> and 605 feet south of the North line of Section 28 , a
<br /> - distance of 233 feet; thence south 100 feet, thence
<br /> east 233 feet, thence north along the East line of
<br /> Section 28, 100 feet to the point of beginning, in
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, commonly known as
<br /> 2124 South Locust, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> Grantor represents and warrants with respect to any
<br /> . part or all of the foregoing real property or any estate or
<br /> undivided interest therein:
<br /> Full power is hereby granted to the trustee at any
<br /> time or times to exercise any and all rights with
<br /> respect thereto including but not limited to the following:
<br /> to hold, improve, manage, protect, subdivide, resubdivide,
<br /> donate, dedicate, partition, exchange, grant easements,
<br /> contract to sell, grant options to purchase, mortgage,
<br /> pledge or otherwise encumber, lease on any terms and
<br /> for any period of time, renew, extend, amend, change or
<br /> modify any lease, sell, convey either with or without
<br /> consideration to any person including a successor
<br /> trustee and to grant to such successor trustee the
<br /> entire, right, title, interest, powers and authorities
<br /> vested in the trustee.
<br /> No person contracting with the trustee shall be
<br /> obliged to (a) see to the application of any payment
<br /> made to the trustee, (b) see that the terms of the
<br /> Trust have been complied with, (c) inquire into the
<br /> necessity or propriety of any act of the trustee, or
<br /> (d) inquire into any of the terms of tYie Trust.
<br /> Any deed, conveyance or other instrument executed
<br /> by the trustee shall be conclusive evidence in favor of
<br /> any person relying on or claiming under such deed,
<br /> conveyance or other instrument that (a) at the time of
<br /> delivery thereof the Trust was in full force and effect,
<br /> (b) such deed, conveyance or other instrument was
<br /> executed in accordance with the trusts, conditions,
<br /> terms and limitations contained in the Trust and binding
<br /> upon all beneficiaries thereunder, (c) the trustee was
<br /> duly authorized and empowered to execute and deliver
<br /> such deed, conveyance or other instrument and (d) if
<br /> such deed, conveyance or other instrument is made to a
