<br /> LONOWSKI and ARTHUR BARTLETT, general partners, and DONALD J.
<br /> LONOWSKI and ALICE A. LONOWSKI, husband and wife, and ARTHUR
<br /> BARTLETT and ALICE BARTLETT, husband and wife, herein called
<br /> Grantor whether one or more in consideration of $1. 00 and other
<br /> good and sufficient consideration, received from grantees, does,
<br /> grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto DONALD J. LONOWSKI
<br /> and ALICE A. LONOWSKI, husband and wife, as joint tenants with •
<br /> right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following
<br /> described real property in Ha11 County, Nebraska:
<br /> Lot Twenty-two (22) , Island Acres Subdivision, beinc�
<br /> a Subdivision of part of the West One-half (WZ) of the
<br /> Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section Eight (8) , Township
<br /> ' Eleven (11) , North, Range Nine (9) , West of the 6th P.P,rt. ,
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, excepting the East Thirty (30)
<br /> Feet of Lot Twenty-two (22) , conveyed to the City of Grand
<br /> Island, as recorded in Book 145, page 140 of Deeds in the
<br /> Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska .
<br /> This deed is given as a corrective deed for an original
<br /> � deed recorded in Book 177, page 173, dated January 20, 1975., and
<br /> filed January 21, 1975, which deed incorrectly set forth that it was
<br /> subject to a real estate mortgage filed May !25, 1967, in the
<br /> Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded
<br /> in Book 143 of Mortgages at page 99, which mortgage had been pre-
<br /> viously satisfied.
<br /> The above and foregoing premises are conveyed subject to
<br /> easements; restrictions, conditions and reservations of record;
<br /> that grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the
<br /> same; and that grantor' s �nrarrant and will defend the title to said
<br /> premises against lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br /> It is tk�e intention of all parties hereto that in the event
<br /> of the death of either of the grantees, the entire fee simple title
<br /> to the real estate shall vest in the surviving grantee.
