<br /> � KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> That, in pursuance of an order of the Honorable Edward
<br /> ' Dixon, Judge of the County Court of the Eleventh Judicial District `
<br /> in and for Hall County, Nebraska, made on the 17th day of April,
<br /> 1975, I was licensed by said Judge to sell at public auction
<br /> in the manner provided by law, the real estate hereinafter desribed; •
<br /> that thereupon I gave notice of the time and p:lace of said sale as
<br /> required by law and at the time and place therein specified, after
<br /> said sale had been held open one hour I sold said real estate at
<br /> public auGtion to Richard S. Doll, he being the highest bidder
<br /> therefor, that said sale was thereupon reported to said Judge of
<br /> the County Court and by him in all things confirmed and I was ordered
<br /> to make a deed of said premises to said purchaser.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, Grace M. Doll, guardian of the person
<br /> and estate of Kenneth Ray Doll, a minor chil:d in consideration .of
<br /> the sum of FIVE THOUSAND SEVFN HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($5, 750. 00)
<br /> so bid and paid by Richard S. Doll and by virtue of the powers
<br /> intrusted in me by said order and proceedings do by these presents
<br /> grant, sell and convey unto the said Richard S. Doll and unto his
<br /> heirs and assigns the interest in real estate described as follows:
<br /> One-sixth interest in Lot One (1) in Block One
<br /> (1) , in Pleasant �Iiew Addition to the City of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska, b�ing the interest of
<br /> Kenneth Ray Doll,
<br /> , with all appurtenances thereunto belonging to have and to hold the
<br /> same unto him the said Richard S. Doll and to his heirs and assigns
<br /> forever. ,
