<br /> which Will devised and bequeathed options to purehase respective parce1s of real estate
<br /> as set forth therein, to his sons, Carl Gangwish, Jr., Dwight Gangwish, Leland C.
<br /> Gangwi$h and Wendell J. Gangwish, and the Court having found that said options have
<br /> been exercised by the respective optionees, and each having paid the consideration
<br /> therefor, receipt of which was shown in the final account of the original Executor,
<br /> the undersigned Administrator with Will Annexed under the authority of the Last Will
<br /> and Testament of Carl C. Gangwi`sh, Deceased, does by these presents, grant, bargain,•
