<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that in pursuance of an Order of
<br /> the Honorabie Edward Dixon, Judge of the Hall County Court in and for the Eleventh
<br /> Judicial District of Nebraska, made on the 18th day of March, 1975, DELMAR MEHRING,
<br /> the duly appointed, qualified and acting Administrator of the Estate of Michaei Edward
<br /> Weber, Deceased, Estate No. 9064, and the Estate of Jenny Lou Weber, Deceased, F,s-
<br /> tate No. 9065, was licensed by said Judge to seli at public auction in the manner
<br /> provided by iaw the reai estate hereinafter described; that thereupon the said Delmar
<br /> Mehring gave notice of the tirr�e and piace of sale as required by icrw and at the time

<br /> to make a Deed of said premises to said purchaser.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, UELMAR MEHRING, Administrator vf the Estate of
<br /> MICHAEL EDWARD iNEBER, Deceased, and the Estate of JENNY LOU 6vEBER, Deceased,

<br /> t��consideration of the premises and of the sum of SIX THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($6, 000. 00)
<br /> DOLLARS so bid and paid by FRANCIS WILLARD GIDMOND and PEARL GIDMOND, hus-
<br /> band and wife, and by virtue of the potivers entrusted in the said Administrc?tor by said
<br /> Order, Ltcense, and proceedings, do by these presents granf, seli and conv�y unto the
