<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that in pursuance of an order of
<br /> the Hon. Edward Dixon, Judge of the County Gourt of Hal1 County,
<br /> Nebraska, made on the 30th day of December, 1974, I was iicensed
<br /> by said judge to sell at public auction in the manner provided by
<br /> law, the real estate hereinafter described; that thereupon I gave
<br /> notice of the time ;and place of said sale as requixed by law and at
<br /> the t

<br /> open one full hour, I sold said real estate at public auction to
<br /> CLYDE W. HONGSERMEIER, he being the highest bidder therefor; that
<br /> ,said sale was thereupon reported to said judge of the County Court
<br /> and by him in all things confirmed and I was ordered to make a
<br /> deed of said premises to said purchaser.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, David H. Rief, Guardian of William J. Rief,
<br /> an incompetent, in consideration of the premises and the sum of
<br /> FORTY-ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED 5IXTY ($41, 760.00) and NO/100
<br /> DOLLARS so bid and paid by Clyde W. Hongsermeier, and by virtue
<br /> ' of the powers intrusted in me by said order and proceedings do by
<br /> these presents grant, sell and convey unto the said CLYDE W.
<br /> HONGSERMEIER and CATHERINE C. HONGSERMEIER, husband and wif e; as
<br /> TENANTS IN COMMON and unto their heirs and assigns, the real estate
<br /> described as follows, to-wit:
<br /> All of Lots Four (4) and Five (5) in Section Ten (10) ,
<br /> Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the
<br /> 6th P. M. , in Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom
<br /> a tract of land more particularly described in a deed
<br /> recorded in Book 138, Page 508 as the same is recorded
<br /> in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
