<br /> Know All hlen By These Presents, that in pursuance of an
<br /> Order of Hon. Edward Dixon, Judge of the County Court of Hall County;
<br /> Nebraska, made on the 26th day of February, 1975, I was licensed by ,
<br /> • said Judge to sell at public auction in manner and form provided by ,. �
<br /> law, in order to pay the debts and costs of the estate to carry out the

<br /> sold the said real estate at public auction to Ravid Rasmussen, he
<br /> being the highest bidder therefor, and that said sale was thereupon >
