<br /> 2. Ordinance No. 5377 was published in the Grand Island Dai1y Independent,
<br /> a legal newspaper published in and of general cireulation in such City on April
<br /> 6, �.973, and, immediately thereafter, notice of such sale and the terms thereof
<br /> wexe published in the Grand Is7.and ,Daily Independent for three consecutive weeks,
<br /> , on April 9, 1973, April 16, 1g73, and April 23, 1973, a11 as required by Section
<br /> 16-202, R.R.S. 1.9�+3•
<br /> 3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the city council of the
<br /> City of Grand Tsland, Nebraska, .within thirty flays of the passage and publication
<br /> of such Ordinance No. 5377•
<br /> �+. Section 5 of Ordinance No �5377 provides that if no.remonstrance be filed '
<br /> against such conveyance, the mayor and city clerk-finance director sha11 make,
<br /> execute, and deliver to the Grantees a' quitclaim deed for said real estate,. and
