<br /> THIS' DEED made and executed this � day of July, 1974,
<br /> by and between IESTER L. GULZOW, of Grand Island, Hall County, .
<br /> Nebraska, Executor under the Last Will and Testament of Hans
<br /> Gulzow, Jr. , Deceased, late of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> Party of the First Part, and MARY ANN DEGEN, Party of the Second
<br /> �art,
<br /> W I T N E S S E T H: �
<br /> That the Party of the First Part, being the duly appointed,
<br /> qualified, and acting Executor of the Estate of Hans �ulzow, Jr. ,
<br /> Deceased, under his Last Will and Testament, which is of record
<br /> in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, under and by virtue
<br /> of the power and authority granted to him under such Will, and in
<br /> consideration of the .sum of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND
<br /> NO/100 DOLLARS ($17,300.00) to him paid by the Party of the
<br /> Second Part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
<br /> these presents, grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, convey,
<br /> and confirm unto the Party of the Second Part the following de-
<br /> scribed real estate s,ituate in the County of Hall, State of
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit: _
<br /> Part of Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) in Block Fifteen
<br /> (15) of Charles t�Tasmer1s Addition to the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, more particu�arly described
<br /> as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the northwesterly
<br /> corner of Lot 6, Block 15 in Charles Wasmer1s Addition
<br /> to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, running thence
<br /> in a southerly direction on the westerly line of �aid
<br /> lot for a distance of 60 feet; thence turning a right
<br /> angle and running in an easterly direction and parallel
<br /> with the northerly line of Lots 6 and 7, in Block 15,
<br /> of Charles Wasmer1s Addition, for a distance of 60 feet;
<br /> thence turning a right angle and running in a northerly
<br /> direction for a distance of 26 feet; thence turning
<br /> a right angle and running in an easterly direction
<br /> parallel to the northerly line of Lot 7, for a distance
<br /> of 20 feet to the easterly line of the westerly half
<br /> of said Lot 7; thence turning a right angle and running
<br /> in a northerly direction on the easterly line of the
<br /> . westerly half of said Lot 7, for a distance of 34 feet
<br /> to the northerly line of Lot 7; thence turning a right
<br /> angle and running in a westerly direction on the
<br /> northerly line of said Lots 6 and�7, for a distance of
<br /> 80 feet, to the place of beginning,
<br /> together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments. and
<br /> appurtenances thereunto belon,ging or in any wise appertaining
<br /> thereto and also all� of the estate, right, title, interest,
<br /> property, possession, , claim and demand whatsoever which the � said
<br /> Hans Gulzow, Jr. , had in h.is lifetime and at the time of his
<br /> death and which the Party of the First Part has, by virtue of
<br /> said Last Will and Testament, or otherwise, of, in, or to the above
<br /> granted premises and every part and parcel thereof with the
<br /> appurtenances.
