<br /> The grantor, B-J ENTERPRISES, INC. , a corporation organized
<br /> and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
<br /> Nebraska, in consideration,of $1.00 and a Plan of Dissolution and
<br /> Liquidation dated June �..� , 1974, received from grantee, does
<br /> grant, sell, convey and con�irm unto JOHN H. EASLEY and BERENICE
<br /> E. EASLEY, as Tenants in Common, herein called the grantee,
<br /> whether one or more, the following described real property in Hall �
<br /> County, Nebraska:
<br /> Lot One (1) and Lot Two (2) in Block One Hundred Sixteen
<br /> (116) , in Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> TU HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belong-
<br /> ing unto the grantee and to grantee' s heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> And the grantor for itself and its successors does hereby
<br /> covenant with the grantee and with grantee's heirs and assigns
<br /> that grantor is lawfully seized of said premises ; that they
<br /> are free from encumbrance except easements and restrictions of
<br /> record; a first mortgage in the principal sum of $150 ,000.00,
<br /> dated March 17, 1964, and filed April 10 , 1964, in Book 143
<br /> of Mortgages, page 651 in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, held by the First National Bank and
<br /> Trust Company, of Lincoln, Nebraska, Trustee, which grantee agrees
<br /> � to assume; and that grantee shall honor the assignment of rents
<br /> on said property; that g�rantor has good right and lawful author-
<br /> ity to convey the same; and that grantor warrants and will defend
<br /> the title to said premises against the lawFul claims of all persons
<br /> whosoever.
