<br /> of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (SZSE4) of Section Sixteen
<br /> (16), in Township Eleven (11), North, of Range Nine (9), and a aprt of
<br /> ' the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N2NE4) of Section Twenty-One
<br /> � (21), in Township Eleven (11) North, of Range Nine (9), West of the 6th
<br /> P.M. , in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as the same
<br /> is surveyed, platted and recorded, .
<br /> Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditarr�nts and appurtenances
<br /> thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and also all of the estate, right,
<br /> title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, which the said
<br /> Testator had in his lifetime, and at the time of his deceas�, and which the said
<br /> Grantor has by virtue of the said Last Will and Testament, or otherwise, of in or

<br /> covenants with the Grantees that he is lawfully the Executor under the Last 4Ji11
<br /> and Testament of Paul Lockenvitz, deceased; that he is lawfully seized of said
<br /> premises; that said premises are free from enc�anbrances and that he has power to
<br /> . convey the same; that he has in a11 respects acted, in making this conveyance, .
<br /> pursuant to the authority granted him under the Last Will and Testament of Paul
<br /> Lockenvitz, deceased; that he has not done, made, or suffered any act, matter,
<br /> or thing whatsoever, since he was Executor of said estate, whereby said premises
<br /> or any part thereof, are, shall , or may be impressed, charged, or encumbered in
<br /> any manner whatsoever; that he will promptly complete the said estate proceedings
<br /> and will effect a release of any existing or potential liens against these premises
