<br /> Nebraska, Trustee, as grantor, and Darr Avenue Partnership, Ltd. , ,
<br /> a limited partnership, as grantee;
<br /> WHEREAS, by a conveyance dated the 30th day of June, 1973,
<br /> as recorded in Book 172 at Page 69 in the Deed Records of the
<br /> Off ice of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, the
<br /> land to be conveyed hereby was conveyed to The First National
<br /> Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, Trustee, in trust;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it known by these presents that The
<br /> First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> Trustee, under and acting by virtue and in pursuance of the
<br /> powers in it vested, in consideration of the sum of Twenty
<br /> Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($20,000.00), to it in hand paid by
<br /> Darr Avenue PartnershiQ, Ltd. , a limited partnership, the receipt
<br /> whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grarit,
<br /> bargain, sell, and convey unto the said Darr Avenue Partnership,
<br /> Ltd. , a limited partnership, the following described real estate
<br /> situated in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> . Lots One (1) , Two (2) , Three (3) , and Four (4), all
<br /> in Block Three (3) in Packer and Barrrs Addition to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto
<br /> belonging unto the grantee and its assigns forever, and the said
<br /> grantor, for itself and its successors, does covenant with the
<br /> grantee and its assigns that it has not made, done, executed, or
<br /> suffered any act or thing whatsoever whereby the above described
<br /> premises or any part thereof now or hereafter shall be imperiled,
<br /> charged, or encumbered in any manner whatsoever; and the said
<br /> grantor will forever warrant �nd defend the title to the above
<br /> granted premises against all persons lawfully claiming the same
<br /> from, through, or under it.
<br /> The grantor, for itself and its successors, does hereby
<br /> covenant with the grantee and with granteeTs assigns that the
<br /> grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that the premises
<br /> � are free from encumbrance except for assessments of record and
<br /> that the grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey
