<br /> whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell,
<br /> remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantees, as joint tenants,
<br /> and to their assigns, and to the .heirs, devisees, and assigns of the
<br /> survivor as between them, the following described real estate, to-wit:

<br /> Section Twelve (12) , Township Nine (9) , North,
<br /> • Range Nine (9) , West of the 6th P.M., in Hall . •
<br /> County, Nebraska, containing 80 acres, more or less,
<br /> subject to easements of record,
<br /> Together with all and singular �he tenements, hereditaments and appur-
<br /> tenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and also all of
<br /> the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
<br /> demand whatsoever, w�hich the said Testatrix had in her lifetime, and'at
<br /> the time of her decease, and which the said Grantors have by virtue o�
<br /> the said Last Will and Testament, or otherwise, of in or to' the above
<br /> granted premises, and every part and parcel thereof with the ap�urtenances;
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises with the hereditaments and
<br /> appurtenances thereof unto the said Grantees ancl. to their assigns, and
<br /> to the heirs, devisees, and assigns of the survivor as between: them,

<br /> Grantors for themselves, their �successors, heirs, �xecutors, and ad-
<br /> ministrators covenant wit7i the Grantees that they are lawfully the Co-
<br /> executrices under the Last Will and Testament of Dorothy Elwick, deceased;
<br /> that they are lawfully seized of said premises; that said premises are free
<br /> from encumbrances and that they have power to :convey the same; that they
<br /> have in all respects acted, in making this conveyance, pursuant to the
<br /> authority granted them under the Last Will and Testament of Dorothy Elwick,
<br /> deceased; that they have not done, made, or suffered any act, matter,
<br /> or thing whatsoever, since they were. Co-executrices of said estate, whereby
<br /> said premises or any part thereof, are, shall, or may be irnpressed, charged,
<br /> or encumbered in any manner whatsoever; that they will proinptly complete
<br /> the said estate proceedings and wi11 effect a release of any existing
<br /> or potential liens against these premises arising therefrom.
