<br /> � tenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and also all of
<br /> the estate, right, title, interest-, property, possession, claim and
<br /> demand whatsoever, which the said Testatrix had in her lifetimeF and at
<br /> the time of her decease, and which the said Grantors have by virtue of
<br /> the said Last Will and Testament, or otherwise, of in or to the above
<br /> granted premises, and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances;
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises with the hereditaments and
<br /> appurtenances thereof unto the said Grantees and to their assigns, and
<br /> to the heirs, devisees, and assigns of the survivor as between them,

<br /> Grantors for themselves, their successors, heirs, executors, and ad-
<br /> ministrators covenant with the Grantees that they are lawfully the Co-
<br /> executrices under the Last Will and Testament of Dorothy Elwick, deceased;
<br /> that they are lawfully seized of said premises; that said premises are free
<br /> - from encumbrances and that they have power to convey the same; and they
<br /> ��i have in all respects acted, in making this conveyance, pursuant to the
<br /> �� authority granted them under the Last Will and Testament of Dorothy Elwick,
<br /> � . deceased; that they have not done, made, or suffered any act, matter,
