<br /> conveyed to the Grantors by Henry G. Stevens and Clara A. Stevens by Warranty Deed
<br /> recorded in Book 163 at Page 10 of the. Deed Records of Ha11 County, Nebraska, and
<br /> described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the 5outhwest Quarter
<br /> of said Section 6; thence Easterly along and upon the North line of said Southwest
<br /> c,Zuarter a distance of One Thousand Five Hundred Fort� (1540) Feet; thence in a
<br /> SoutherlX direction and parallel to the West line of said Southwest Quarter a dis-
<br /> tance of One Thousand Two Hundred Ninety (1290) Feet; thence in a Westerly direction
<br /> and parallel to the North line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of Nine Hundred
<br /> Thirty-six (936) Feet; thence deflecting left 59° 54' and in a Southwesterly dzrection

<br /> containing 47.33 acres, more or less, and excepting property conveyed by previous
