<br /> • restricted to require Grantor's approval, which
<br /> shall not be unreasonably withheld, of writteri
<br /> plans for landscaping and of plans and specifi-
<br /> cations for improvements to be constructed on
<br /> such property, prior to the commencement of any
<br /> such construction. '
<br /> By their acceptance of this Deed, Grantees specifically accept the foregoing
<br /> restrictions and further affirmatively agree that all such landscaping se.t
<br /> • forth in their plans to be submitted to Grantor, its successors and assigns,
<br /> be properly installed and maintained according to such landscaping plan for
<br /> a period of fifteen (15) years after such installation. All of the fore-
<br /> going shall be deemed covenants running with the land, shall be binding upon
<br /> Grantees, their heirs and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of, and
<br /> may be enforced at law or in equity by, Grantor, its successors and assigns.
<br /> TO HAV� AND TO HOLD the above described premises, with the appur-
<br /> tenances, �unto the said Grantees, and to their heirs and assigns forever,
<br /> and Grantor for itself and its successors and assigns, does hereby" covenant
<br /> with Grantees and their heirs and assigns, that it is lawfully seized of
<br /> said premises; that they are free from any encumbrance thereon except as
<br /> herein specifically set forth; that Grantor has good right and lawful
<br /> authority to sel�. the same; and that Grantor, its success'ors and assigns
<br /> shall warrant and defend the same unto the said Grantees and their heirs
<br /> and assigns forever against the lawful claims of all persops whomsoever;
