<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, Case No. 18190, wherein Nellie H. Parker is desig-
<br /> na�ed Plaintiff by order of the Court and Jennie Parker Dibbern is Party
<br /> Defendant, for partition pf the premises herein�fter described, the under-
<br /> signed Referee, appointed by said Court to make� partition of said real estate,
<br /> made report in writing, duly signed, setting forth that partition of said real
<br /> estate could not be made without prejudice to the owners thereof, which report
<br /> was duly examined by said Court, and said Court being satisfied therewith
<br /> confirmed the same, and thereupon ent�red. an Order. directing me as said
<br /> Referee to sell said premises on the following terms, to-wit: Twenty '(20)
<br /> percent cash at the time af the sale, and the balance of Eighty (80)
<br /> � percent upon confirmation of the sale, and in pursuance of said Order, I .
<br /> caused a notice to be published in The Grand Island Daily Independent, a
<br /> newspaper printed and in general ciroulation in Hall County, that I would
<br /> offer said real estate for sale at the north front door of the Hall County
<br /> Court House, 6rand Island, Nebraska, on the 17th day of January, 1973, at
<br /> the hour of 2:00 P.M.; on said day, and at the time and place stated in. said
<br /> notice, and after said notice had been published for more than thirty days
<br /> as �provided by law, I offered said real estate, to-wit:
<br /> Lots Three C3) and Four C4) of Section Twenty-three `C23) , :
<br /> . ' Township Nine <9) North, Range Twelve C12) West o�' the 6�h
<br /> P. M., lying South of Interstate #80, containing 10 acres,
<br /> more or less, together with all accretion ground thereto,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, '
<br /> for sale at public auction and sold the same to W. H. LAMBRECHT, for the sum
<br /> of $10,20�.00, he being the highest bidder therefor. And afterwards, on the
<br /> '�rd day of January, 1974, said Court approved and confirmed said sale and by
<br /> an Order, directed me as Referee, to execute to said W. H. Lambrecht, a Deed
<br /> conveying said land to him in fee simple. ,

<br /> NOW THEREFORE, I, Joseph/Martin, Referee, in consideration of the �
<br /> premises and the sum af $10,200.0� so bid and paid by said W. H. Lambrecht,
<br /> and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do by these presents grant,
<br /> sell, and convey unto the said W. H. Lambrecht and to his heirs and assigns
<br /> the real estate described as follows:
<br /> Lots Three C3) and Four C4) of Section Twenty-three (23) , � .
