<br /> A tract of land in the East Ha1f of the Southwest Quarter (E2SW4)
<br /> of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br /> . Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. , Iia11 County, Nebraska, more parti-
<br /> cularly described as follows:
<br /> The actual point of beginning is on the west right-of-way line
<br /> of the Saint Joseph anel Grand Island Railroad, also known as the
<br /> Saint Joseph Branch of the Union Pacific Railroad; and its junction
<br /> with the north line of the Southwest Quarter (SW,�–,�) of said Section
<br /> Twenty-nine (29), said junction being fifty-four and seventy-five
