<br /> REFEREE'S DEED IN PARTITION
<br /> KNOW ALl MEN BY 7HESE PRESENTS, That:
<br /> WNEREAS, in an action of partition pending in the Qistrict Court of Ha11 County, Nebraska
<br /> wherein the First National Bank, Inc. , as Guardian and Next Friend of Raymond Rork is Plaintiff,
<br /> and Darrell Rork, and others are Defendants for the partition of the premises hereinafter
<br /> described, the undersigned Referee, appointed by said Court to make partition of said real
<br /> estate, made report in writing, duly signed, setting forth that partition of said real estate
<br /> could not be made without great prejudice to the owners thereof, which report was duly examined
<br /> by said Court, and said Court being satisfied therewith confirmed the same, and thereupon
<br /> entered an Order directing me as said Referee to sell said premises on the following terms,
<br /> to-wit:
<br /> Twenty (20%) Percent Cash Immediately Following the Sale and the Balance
<br /> of Eighty (80�) Fercent Upon the Confirmation of the Sale by the District
<br /> Court of Hall County,
<br /> and in �ursuance of said Order, I caused a notice to be published in the Grand Island Daily
<br /> Independent, a newspaper printed and in general circulation in Hall County, that I would
<br /> offer said real estate for sale at the north front door of the Hall County Court House, Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska, on the 28th day of August, 1973, at the hour of 3:00 o'clock P.P�., on said
<br /> day, and at the time and place stated in said notice, and after said notice had been published
<br /> for more than thirty days as provided by law, I offered said real estate, to-wit:
<br /> uJest Fifty-five (55) feet of Lot One (1), Block Eighteen (18), Packer & Barr's
<br /> Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nall County, Nebraska,
<br /> for sale at public auction and sold the same to Dan Johnson, Grand Island, Nebraska, for the
<br /> sum of $3,650.00, he being the highest bidder therefor. And Afterwards on the
<br /> 1973, said Court approved and confirmed said sale and by an Order, directed me
<br /> as Referee to execute to said Dan Johnson a deed conveying said land to him in fee simple.
<br /> NOtd THEREFORE, I, Qyron J. Brogan, Referee, in consideration of the premises and the
<br /> sum of $3,650.00, so bid and paid by said Oan�Johnson, and by virtue of the powers vested in
<br /> me by law, do by these presents grant, sell , and convey unto the said Dan Johnson a�nd to his
<br /> heirs and assigns the real estate described as follows:
<br /> West Fifty-five (55) feet of Lot One (1 ), Block Eighteen (18}, Packer & Barr's �
<br /> Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging, to have and to hold the same unto him, the
<br /> said Dan Johnson, and his heirs and assigns forever.
