<br /> at public auction to Roy Emanuel for $200.00 , he being the highest
<br /> bidd�r �Lherefor at said auction; that thereafter The Urban Renewal
<br /> Author.ity af the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, offered the
<br /> . sum of_ $1,350.00 for said real estate, that Roy Emanuel did not
<br /> offer a higher amount and tnat these sales were thereupon reported
<br /> to said �xudge of the County Court and by him in a11 things confirmed
<br /> and I wa� ordered to make a cleed or deeds of both premises to
