<br /> their heirs and assigns, that he is the lawful executor o#' the I,ast Will
<br /> and Test�ment of the said Mabel E. Searson, deceased, and has power to con-
<br /> vey as aforesaid, and has in all respects, acted, in making this convey-
<br /> ance, in pursuance of the authority granted in and by the said Last Will
<br /> and Testament; and that he has not made, dons or suffered any act, matter
<br /> or thing whatsoever, since he wa$ executor as aforesaid, whereby the a-
