<br /> GUARDIAN'S DEED , $�9f BY
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY TI�SE PRESENTS, that in pursuance of an
<br /> Order of tY}e Honorable Edward Dixon, Judge of the County Court
<br /> in Hall County,Nebraska, made on the 5th day of November,
<br /> 1973, I was� licensed by said Judge to sell at public auction
<br /> in the manner provided by law, the real estate hereinafter
<br /> described; that thereupon I gave notice of the time and place '
<br /> of said sal.e as required by law and at the time and place
<br /> therein specified, after said sale had been held open one
<br /> hour I sold said real estate at public auction to Elmer V.
<br /> Reimers and .Elsie R. Reimers, they being the highest bidders
<br /> therefor; that said sale was thereupon reported to said Judge
<br /> of the County Court and by him and all things confirmed and
<br /> I was ordered to .make a deed to said premises to said
<br /> purchasers.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I �the�7. Lockhorn, Guardian of Minnie
<br /> Meyer, an incompetent, in consideration of the premises and
<br /> the sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00)
<br /> so bid and paid by Elmer V. Reimers and Elsie R. Reimers,
<br /> and by virtue of the powers intrusted in me by said order and
<br /> proceedings do by these presents grant, sell and convey unto
<br /> the said Elmer V. Reimers and Elsie R. Reimers, husband and
<br /> wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, and unto
<br /> their assigns, and the heirs and assigns of the survivor,
<br /> the real estate described as follows, to-wit:
<br /> West Half (W�) of Lots _Seven (7) and
<br /> , Eight (8) , in Block Fourteen (14) , in
<br /> the Original Town of C�iro, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska,
<br /> with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging to have and
<br /> to hold the same unto them the said Elmer V. Reimers and
<br /> Elsie R. Reimers, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not
<br /> as tenants in common, and to their assigns, and the heirs and
<br /> assigns of the survivor,forever.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 5th
<br /> day of December, 1973.

<br /> ledged her execution thereof to be her voluntary act and
<br /> deed as such Guardian for the purpose therein set forth.
