<br /> THIS DEED, made this 3xd day of December r `�973, by and between WYNDHAM
<br /> H, SULLIVAN, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Laurel M, Morrison, deceased,
<br /> late of Hall County, Nebraska, Party of the First Part, and EVELYN B. ROWE, Party of
<br /> the Second Part;
<br /> WITNESSETH, that said Party of the First Part, being the duly appointed, quali-
<br /> fied and acting Executor of the Estate of Laurel M. Morr'ison, unde�`her Last Will and
<br /> Testament, which is of record in the Office of the County Court of Hall County, Nebras-
<br /> ka, by virtue of the power and authority granted and conferred upon him under said Will
<br /> and in consideration of the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) paid by the Party
<br /> of the Second Part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents grant,
<br /> bargain, sell, remise, release, convey and confirm unto Party of the Second Part and
<br /> her heirs and assigns forever, all of the following described real property,
<br /> Lot Nine (9) , Block Twenty-six (26) , Gilbert's Third
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska,
<br /> ' together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br /> belonging or in anyway apportaining, and also all the estate, right, title, interest,
<br /> property, possessions, claim and demand whatsoever, which the said Testatrix had in her
<br /> lifetime, and at the time of her decease, and which the said Party of the First Part
<br /> has by virtue of the said Last Will and Testament, or otherwise, of, in or to the above
<br /> granted premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances.
<br /> To have and to hold the said described premises unto the narty of the Second Part
<br /> and her heirs and assigns foreve�.
<br /> Arid the said Party of the First Part, for himself, his heirs, executors and admin-
<br /> istrators do covenant, promise and undertake, to and with the said Party of the Second
<br /> Part, her heirs and assigns, that he is lawfully the .Executor of the Last Will and
<br /> Testament of the said Laural M. Morrison, deceased, and has power to convey as afore-
<br /> said, and has in all respects acted, in making this conveyance in pursuance of the
<br /> authority granted in and by the said Last Will and Testament; and that he has not made,
<br /> done or suffered.any act, matter or thing whatsoever, since he was Executor as afore-
<br /> said, whereby the above granted premises, or any part thereof, are, shall or may be im-
<br /> peached, charged or encumbered, in any manner whatsoever.
