<br /> That whereas, in an action of partition pending in the
<br /> District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Charlotte E.
<br /> Abbott is Plaintiff and the Board of Regents of the Univer-
<br /> sity of Nebraska, et al. , are Defendants , for the partition
<br /> of the premises hereinafter dese"ribed, the undersigned
<br /> Referee, duly appointed by said�Court to make partition of
<br /> said real estate, made report in writing, duly signed,
<br /> setting forth that partition of said real estate could not
<br /> be made without great prejudice ,to the owners thereof, which
<br /> report was duly examined by the Court and said Court, being
<br /> satisfied there with, confirmed the same and thereupon mad�
<br /> an order directing the undersigned Referee to sell said
<br /> premises on the following terms, to-wit: 20% cash and the
<br /> balance upon confirmation.
<br /> In pursuance of said order, the undersigned Referee,
<br /> after giving bond and taking the oath required by law, caused
<br /> a notice to be published in the Grand Island Daily Independ-
<br /> ent, a newspaper printed and in general circulation in Hall
<br /> . County, Nebraska, that said Referee would offer said real
<br /> estate for sale in the main corridor on the ground floor of
<br /> the Courthouse in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, on the 16th day of February, 1973, at 2:00 P.M, of
<br /> said day, and at the time and place stated in said notice
<br /> and after said notice had been published for more than four
<br /> weeks , such real estate, to-wit:
<br /> The Northeast Quarter (NE4) and the East Half of
<br /> the Northwest Quarter (EZNW4) and the East Half
<br /> of the Southeast Quarter (EzSE4) of Section Seven
<br /> (7) , Township Ten (10) Nort?z, Range Ten (10) W?st
<br /> of tlze Sixth (6th)� P.M. , in i-Iall County, Nebraska,
<br /> was offered for sale at public auction and sold to Wayne
<br /> Cornelius. and Wesley Cornelius as tenants in common for the
<br /> sum of $206,400.00, they being the highest bidders therefor,
<br /> and afterwards on the lst day of March, 1973, I reported said
<br /> sale to the Court and on the said lst day of March, 1973, said
<br /> Court approved and confirmed said sale and ordered and directed
<br /> the undersigned Referee to execute and deliver to Wayne
<br /> Cornelius and Wesley Cornelius a deed conveying such real estate
<br /> to them as tenants in common.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, Richard Huber, Referee, in consideration
<br /> of the sum of $206,400.00 so bid and paid and by virtue of the
<br /> power vested in me by law, do se11, vest and grant unto Wayne
<br /> Cornelius and Wesley Cornelius as tenants in common the follow-
<br /> ing described real estate, to-wit:
